《世界知识产权组织公约》
　　《建立世界知识产权组织公约》（《世界知识产权组织公约》）规定世界知识产权组织的成员对下述各国开放：
　　(i) 凡为保护工业产权巴黎联盟或保护文学和艺术作品伯尔尼联盟成员的任何国家；
　　(ii) 凡为联合国会员国、或任何联合国专门机构的成员国、或国际原子能机构成员国或国际法院规约的当事国的任何国家；以及
　　(iii) 应世界知识产权组织大会邀请成为本组织成员国的任何国家。因此，只有国家方可成为世界知识产权组织的成员国。
　　
　　组织条约
　　世界知识产权组织通过的条约分三大类。

　　知识产权保护条约(Intellectual Property Protection Treaties)
　　1、保护文学和艺术作品伯尔尼公约 (Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works) ，1886年通过。
　　2、发送卫星传输信号布鲁塞尔公约 (Brussels Convention Relating to the Distribution of Programme-Carrying Signals Transmitted by Satellite)。
　　3、保护录音制品制作者防止未经许可复制其录音制品日内瓦公约 (Geneva Convention for the Protection of Producers of Phonograms Against Unauthorized Duplication of Their Phonograms)。
　　4、制止商品产地虚假或欺骗性标记马德里协定 (Madrid Agreement for the Repression of False or Deceptive Indications of Source on Goods)，1891年在马德里缔结，1958年在里斯本最后修订。
　　5、保护奥林匹克会徽内罗毕条约 (Nairobi Treaty on the Protection of the Olympic Symbol)。
　　6、专利法条约 (Patent Law Treaty)。
　　7、保护工业产权巴黎公约 (Paris Convention for the Protection of Industrial Property) 简称“巴黎公约”，1883年在巴黎缔结，1967年在斯德哥尔摩最后修订。
　　8、保护表演者、音像制品制作者和广播组织罗马公约 (Rome Convention for the Protection of Performers, Producers of Phonograms and Broadcasting Organizations) 。
　　9、商标法条约 (Trademark Law Treaty -- TLT)，1994年10月在日内瓦缔结。
　　10、世界知识产权组织版权条约 (WIPO Copyright Treaty --WCT) ，1996年12月20日通过。
　　11、世界知识产权组织表演和录音制品条约 (WIPO Performances and Phonograms Treaty --WPPT) ，1996年12月20日通过。
　　
　　全球保护体系条约(Global Protection Sustem Treaties)
　　1、专利合作条约 (Patent Cooperation Treaty --PCT)，1976年6月19日缔结。
　　2、商标国际注册马德里协定 (Madrid Agreement Concerning the International Registration of Marks)，（简称“马德里协定”），1891年在马德里缔结，1967年在斯德哥尔摩最后修订，1989年增订了议定书。
　　3、工业品外观设计国际保存海牙协定 (The Hague Agreement Concerning the International Deposit of Industrial Designs)。
　　4、国际承认用于专利程序的微生物保存布达佩斯条约 (Budapest Treaty on the International Recognition of the Deposit of Microorganisms for the Purposes of Patent Procedure)，1977年4月28日缔结。
　　5、保护原产地名称和国际注册里斯本协定 (Lisbon Agreement for the Protection of Appellations of Origin and Their International Registration)。
　　
　　分类条约(Classification Treaties)
　　1、建立工业品外观设计国际分类洛迦诺协定 (Locarno Agreement Establishing an International Classification for Industrial Designs)。
　　2、商标注册用商品和服务国际分类尼斯协定 (Nice Agreement Concerning the International Classification of Goods and Services for the Purposes of the Registration of Marks)，（简称“尼斯协定”），1957年在尼斯缔结，1977年在日内瓦最后修订。
　　3、国际专利分类斯特拉斯堡协定 (Strasbourg Agreement Concerning the International Patent Classification)。
　　4、建立商标图形要素国际分类维也纳协定 (Vienna Agreement Establishing an International Classification of the Figurative Elements of Marks)。
　　此外，世界贸易组织的《与贸易有关的知识产权协议》，于1994年4月在马拉加什缔结，是不属于世界知识产权组织管理的一个主要知识产权条约，它于1995年1月生效。
